Most events are held at the large indoor arena at Portree Livery Stables. The stables are at Garalapin, about 2 miles from Portree just off the B885 to Struan.
We welcome new members, both Senior (age 17 years and over) and Junior (age 7 to 16 years).
We offer a wide range of fun and educational activities for all ages and abilities:

REGULAR ACTIVITIES (CLUB):
Weekly Sessions: Tuesdays and Thursdays 7-8 p.m.

Monthly training days: with visiting instructors on flat, pole and jump work for all levels.
OTHER ACTIVITIES:
Donna is also offering: Ladies Lessons at 11 a.m. on Wednesdays; and lunging lessons (a good way to get your horse fit).

PRC Autumn Forestry Ride will possibly be rescheduled after being rained off on Sunday 27th September.
The following notes are retained as they will probably apply to a new date:
This ride will be through the forestry at Eynort and Glenbrittle.
Mairi and Gail have ridden the tracks over the past couple of weeks and they offer a great opportunity to ride off road on good
ground with fantastic scenery. We will be leaving from Carbostmor Fank and hacking along the road into Eynort and following
the forestry tracks over to Glenbrittle meeting the Glenbrittle road and hacking back.
The ride will be split into two groups Novice and Experienced: the novice ride will take a slightly shorter route through
the forestry. You will need to bring your pack lunch in a back pack as we will eat enroute at the picnic tables in situ.
We had hoped to do this as a sponsored ride for charity but it was decided at the last meeting to leave this until the
spring and use this as a fun day out and a bit of a dummy run.

and take part.]
Training Days with Clare Molyneux at Woodend on 20th September and 25th October (both are Sundays).
20th September - well attended.
For 25th October, please complete and return Booking Forms
by Saturday 17th October. Use standard form and mark on lessons that you require.
Payment to be made on the day, by cash to either Gail or Maggie, before lessons commence.
Lunch arrangements to be ‘bring a plate of something’ as this has proved so successful.

If members need accommodation for their pony / horse for any of these events they should contact Anne or Graham Long at the Livery Yard to discuss their requirements.
